Cancellation Policy

Service Overview This service consists of 2–3 online sessions (typically 60–90 minutes each). Together, we will build a step-by-step renovation roadmap, covering: Design options and considerations Permissions and regulatory requirements Budget planning and financial strategy Timelines and sequencing of works At the end, you will have a structured plan tailored to your project. Best suited for: First-time renovators seeking clarity and confidence Landlords wanting to maximise return on investment while avoiding costly mistakes Booking & Scheduling All bookings are made online via my scheduling platform. Session times are confirmed only once payment is received. Please book all sessions within [X weeks/months] of your first meeting to maintain momentum and accuracy in planning. Payments & Refunds Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Packages must be used within [X months] of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable. Client Responsibilities Please arrive prepared with any relevant documents, drawings, or property information. Be ready to discuss your goals, constraints, and questions so we can make the most of our time. Any third-party permissions, applications, or works discussed remain your responsibility to action. Limitations This service provides strategic guidance and planning support only. I do not provide architectural drawings, engineering calculations, or act as an agent with local authorities. Final decisions, compliance with local regulations, and engagement of licensed professionals are the client’s responsibility. Confidentiality All information you share about your project will be kept confidential and used solely to support your renovation roadmap.
