Optional 30-minute follow-up call to discuss your decision. Who it’s for: -Homeowners who’ve received quotes and aren’t sure how to compare like-for-like. -Anyone worried about missing costs, vague descriptions, or pricing disparities. -Clients who want independent, impartial advice before committing to a builder. How it works: -Send copies of your quotes and any related documents (drawings, specs, inclusions list). -We go through these on a detailed call and look at a side-by-side comparison of trades. -I review and create a simple comparison summary highlighting gaps and risks. -You receive your written report and a clear list of questions to raise with each builder.
